To my beloved grandfather, Shri Ram Darash Singh, fondly known as Pahadi sir,

This blog is dedicated to you, as a tribute to your unwavering commitment to education and your passion for teaching. Your dedication to your students and your unrelenting emphasis on punctuality and discipline has been great inspiration to me and has shaped the way I approach education.

As a young boy growing up in Nachap, you overcame numerous challenges and obstacles to pursue your education and then dedicated almost 35 years of your life to teaching in various government schools in Dhanbad. Your legacy lives on through the thousands of students you have taught and inspired over the years, who have gone on to achieve great things in their own lives.

I have fond memories of sitting with you and listening to your stories of your experiences as a teacher, and your insights into effective teaching methods. Your guidance and encouragement have been instrumental in shaping my own career as an educator, and I am forever grateful for your wisdom and support.

Thank you for being such a wonderful role model and mentor, and for inspiring me to pursue my own passion for education. This blog is a small token of my appreciation and admiration for all that you have done for me and for so many others.
